This beautifully updated coastal themed condo is located on the ground level of a low density, 59 unit complex in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama. Location of condo within the complex is conveniently located 20 feet from the beach access boardwalk, and about 20 yards distance to the pool. No Stairs to climb or elevators to wait on. The Views of the Gulf/ Beach from the balcony are non obstructed and just as beautiful as being on a higher level floor.  Island Shores Condo Complex is perfectly located within walking distance to Gulf State Park and Pier ( 0.9 miles ), The ever famous The Hangout ( 0.6 miles), Pink Pony ( 0.8 miles). Seas and Suds Restaurant is located directly beside the condo which makes for a quick lunch or perfect for  beach cocktails. Island Grocery is located just across the street.

*Cleanliness is our priority, our housekeeping staff sends photos of every room after cleaning and prior to new guest check ins. 

One parking pass supplied with booking. Please contact host 24 hours prior to arrival if a second pass is needed. Second pass at additional cost. Parking spaces limited to one on holiday and event weeks.

* Starter toiletries supplied. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag per trash can, 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods. We also supply a travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap. Please plan accordingly if you will need more Than what is supplied.  

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
